Firstly, make sure you've reviewed the Template Guide PDF. There you'll find a number of relevant links and information. Here is a direct link to some of our template guides.

When requesting support

Next, when emailing requesting support, please include the following to ensure your issue is dealt with as quickly as possible: 

• What template you need help with
• What operating system you use (Mac / PC)
• What software you're using
• A description of the issue you're experiencing
• Any relevant screenshots
